At DEMVOX, we strive to ensure that our customers make informed and safe decisions when purchasing our soundproof booths. For this reason, we have showrooms physical stores in various locations around the world, where customers can try out and experience DEMVOX booths before making their purchase. This option allows them to select the features, elements and accessories that best suit their needs, ensuring that the chosen booth meets their expectations before proceeding with the factory order.

Custom manufacturing
Each DEMVOX cabin is made to order, according to the specifications and customization requested by each client. The manufacturing process begins only after the order is confirmed by email and always after having consulted and verified all the details with our technical team. This process ensures that every detail is aligned with the client's specific requirements.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Since each DEMVOX booth is manufactured exclusively and customised for each client, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal as provided for in article 103, letter c), of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. This means that, even in the event that the product is purchased for use outside the commercial, business, trade or professional activity of the client, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable after acceptance of the order.

Shipping and installation services
The delivery and installation services contracted by the customer constitute a provision of services independent of the acquisition of the product. Consequently, in accordance with article 103, letter a), of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, these services are also not subject to the right of withdrawal once they have been executed, whether they are requested within the framework of a commercial or personal activity.
